We are of the Light and I believe we are here on this earth at this time as spiritual beings having an experience in a body. I also believe that as we live this life and as we learn from our experiences, we are also clearing old karmic patterns and baggage. And then we do it again, and again. Learning from life’s lessons helps us clear our patterns. And what a Delight it is to be free of all those lessons and patterns!!

The ancient wise man teaches us that if you can avoid the six environmental factors that cause health problems, if you can float in the mind of the universe, if you can have less desire and attachment to earthly things, if you can strengthen your internal Qi, and if you can cradle your spirit within your heart, then where can disease come from and how can it enter?Therefore, you should live with less desire and little expectation.
Then, you can live with a peaceful mind without panic.
You can perform physical activity without depleting strength.
Your qi can flow freely, and harmony and longevity can be yours.

The Wonder of Nature is a reflection of who we are. We are perfect as is all of nature. Why not acknowledge each other with awe and wonder and appreciation just as we are amazed by the the perfection and beauty of nature. We are all so blessed. We are all unique and we are all one. Here together, having incredible experiences, all together. Let’s appreciate our similiarites and the incredibles gifts we are instead of noticing our differences. We are unique and we are one.

The Beauty of the Spiral is that it is feminine. See the flow and the turns and the endless stream of movement without sharp turns, moving gracely and full of energy, moving round and round on its self forever growing and becoming more and more beyond any realization that it will ever end; so full of potential and ever creating and yet so beautiful. -
Simply Balanced
Balance, that is all we want…..why is it so difficult to find it and then keep it. Always we can tell when things are out of balance. How often do we appreciate ourselves when we have found balance…..cherish it, life flows, flowers grow, birds sing and children laugh. We can do the same if we want to. State your intention for what you want, and check yourself if you wander. We can all do this. We are in charge. Love yourself. Give yourself permission to grow and be in balance. -
